Funcha! is the global full-service provider of giant net adventures, breathtaking ziplines, and thrilling climbing experiences.
On the ground, in the air, or up in the trees — we make it happen. We design, build, and maintain adventure parks all over the world, always with great care and respect for nature.
Our team has an informal, hands-on vibe. We value happiness at work and support the growth and development of our people.
Our office and workshop — complete with a sawmill — are based in Bunnik, the Netherlands, but our (construction) crew travels the globe to bring our projects to life.
This is who you are!
To kick off and complete the build or maintenance of an adventure park in places like the UK, Canada, Hong Kong, or Spain — you need to be cut out for it.

What will you be doing at Funcha? You will:
- Help build the coolest new adventure parks together with the team
- Learn how to build platforms, zipline structures, net- and climbing elements
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on existing projects
- Learn to read and execute blueprints, and work with engineers to ensure precise on-site construction
- Prep tools and materials to keep things running smoothly and efficiently
- Do quality checks to make sure everything meets the required safety standards
- Suggest improvements and share ideas to boost workflow and safety on the job
Who we are looking for!
To build climbing, zipline, and net parks all over the world, you need a strong and well-oiled team.
That’s why we’re looking for a new teammate who:
- Has experience in construction, landscaping, or the rope industry
- Is a hands-on, positive team player
- Has a thing for the outdoors and adventure (a big plus, but not a must)
- Has both technical insight and some solid organizational skills
- Is available full-time (40 hours a week)
- Communicates clearly
